Back

Rosa is the Chief of Staff at Dalio Education, where she serves as a strategic partner to Barbara Dalio and leads internal operations, team coordination, and strategic initiatives. In this role, she ensures that the organization’s systems and partnerships are aligned to advance Dalio Education’s mission of empowering youth, educators, and nonprofit communities to achieve transformational outcomes—particularly for those disconnected or severely off-track from traditional pathways.

Rosa joined Dalio Education in 2022 as Director of Operations and was promoted to Chief of Staff in 2025. She brings nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit management, systems building, and equity-focused leadership. Prior to joining Dalio Education, Rosa spent 16 years at REACH Prep, a nonprofit committed to expanding educational access for high-achieving, underserved students. In her most recent position, as Deputy Director, she led strategic and operational functions across finance, HR, and program management, and played a key role in supporting Spanish-speaking families through individualized academic guidance and advocacy rooted in her own experience as a former English Language Learner in Connecticut schools.

Her longstanding commitment to access and equity includes roles with the NYC English Language Learner Consortium and NYU’s Women of Color Policy Network. Rosa has also invested in developing emerging nonprofit leaders through her involvement with the NYU Fellowship for Emerging Leaders Program. She is a StartingBloc 2008 Fellow, Education Pioneers 2010 Fellow, and alumna of the 2014 Zoom Foundation’s Leadership Development Roundtable for Connecticut nonprofit leaders.

Rosa holds a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School, a Master’s in Public Administration from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, and a B.A. in Sociology from Boston College.
